If a class has to be canceled because of a problem on our end, we will issue a full refund. However, we don't offer any other refunds. But there's good news! You can gift your class to a friend if you are unable to make it. Members are required to submit a cancellation request at least 30 days before the upcoming billing cycle to ensure the termination of their membership. Any cancellations made within the 30-day period will be processed for the subsequent billing cycle. Thank you for your understanding.
